How I Collect Personal and Non-Personal Information Through the Online Services
I collect two kinds of information through the Online Services: non-personal information and personal information.

I  do not seek or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and I request that children do not provide information through the Online Services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. 

How I Use “Cookies” and Other Data Collection Tools
ThomasAMatthews.com may place electronic “cookies” in the browser files of your computer or mobile device when you access a Thomas A. Matthews website. Cookies are pieces of information that a Thomas A. Matthews website transfers to your computer or mobile device to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to tailor the information on our websites to your interests. I may offer blogs, online forums or other interactive features on the website that enable consumers to share information about my services or other issues of interest.
